We’re sad to hear you’re moving out and would love to help you make this process easy and seamless. So we’ve created an easy way to handle viewings—no surprise visits. Just set your own schedule and show your apartment while you’re home.

Submit a few availabilities of when you’ll be home
Snap a few photos and a video of the apartment
We arrange tours based on your schedule
Chill at home and show your place to verified users arriving for showings
Please provide 3 availabilities per week (1-2 hours long), including 2 weekday evenings and at least one day on the weekend.
Need to cancel a tour?
No Problem.
Our team will contact you each Monday and ask for your availability for the following week. If you do need to cancel for any reason, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.
Your peace of mind is important to us, so we only allow verified users to tour apartments. All visitors are verified by government-issued photo ID, email, and phone number, before they can schedule a visit. We’ve conducted over 30,000 tours, and helped thousands of renters find their next dream home.
